WHAT DO YOU OFFER?
A design service that can be offered completely online or in-person.
WHO IS IT FOR?
My designs are perfect for clients who want design direction and designer expertise, but don’t mind doing a little legwork (like measuring and installing) to complete the project themselves, in their own home.
HOW DO I GET STARTED ON A DESIGN?
Once you’ve filled out the contact form you will receive information that will help guide you through taking photos and measurements of your space. Once all of that information is sent to Courtney, she will reach out to set up a phone call. After that, Courtney will provide you with a quote. Once that is accepted the design work will begin! Once the design is complete, the design plan will be delivered via email and will include instructions on how to implement your design.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN?
Please see the design packages for specifics. Each design plan will be tailored specifically to you, your home, and your style.
IS THIS DESIGN COMPLETELY VIRTUAL?
Yes! All correspondence for your project will be virtual - phone or email. I am always available to answer any questions you may have during the process. I will also be available to answer questions once you begin to implement the design as well.
*I do offer in-person services as well.
WHAT KIND OF BUDGET DO I NEED TO HAVE?
There is no magic number. There are no hidden costs. Once you receive your design plan, you can implement the plan on your own timeline, as budget allows. The items in your design plan will reflect the budget you specified in the questionnaire. It will then be up to you to purchase items now or later, or whether or not you’d like to make substitutions for similar items at a lower cost.
WHAT IS THE TIMELINE OF A PROJECT?
The timeline will vary depending on the design package you choose and the scope of the design. On average, you will have your design plan within 3-4 weeks after submitting your homework items.
I HAVE AN OPEN FLOOR PLAN, HOW WILL THAT WORK?
We will be sure the spaces all flow together. We will discuss your needs for each defined space and the design package will be priced accordingly. You may contact me at contact@courtneylawrencestudio.com or fill out the questionnaire and I can work on a custom package just for you!

CAN I RETURN MY DESIGN?
Once the quote is accepted and down payment is paid, if you’d like to return the design, the down payment will not be returned. Due to the nature of the designs, there are no refunds after delivery.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments will process securely online. Forms of payment are:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
ACH Credit Transfer
Apple Pay
WHAT DO THE DESIGN MATERIALS LOOK LIKE?
Depending on the package you choose, here are the materials you may receive:
A design (or multiple versions)
Instructions on how to implement the design (a full PDF with my comments, instructions, notes, etc.)
A shopping list
A room layout
A color palette

CAN I USE THE IMAGES FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
